Serovital HGH Reviews
A quick, honest review of Serovital HGH
So why exactly are you searching for Serovital HGH Reviews?
My guess is that you came across one of their magazine or internet ads and it seemed like something that might interest you.
The company that makes Serovital HGH certainly seems to spend a lot of money on advertising, don't they?
But is their product any good?
That's what I wanted to find out!
So I did what anyone might do, I bought it and tried it out for myself. And I've written about my findings here, so you can decide whether or not you might want to try it too. Please read on...
My Serovital HGH Reviews
Now if you've looked over my web page, you may remember that I've been taking various HGH releaser supplements for the past 6 1/2 years, and I've tried nearly all of the major brands. Before I begin testing any new product, I always cycle out of what I'm taking to sort of cleanse myself. I do this to make sure that any results (either good or bad) are because of the new product I'm taking and not due to any residual effects of what I was taking before. So I normally allow a full 14 day break from all supplements before testing a new supplement. And that's exactly what I did for my review of Serovital HGH.
Once my 2 weeks were up, I was ready to begin taking Serovital HGH. And as I do with all my tests, I did not make any changes to my normal diet or exercise. This also ensures that the results I see are purely related to the product I'm taking.
Of course, before I could begin taking Serovital HGH, I had to order some. So I went to their site to place an order. One of the first things I look for when ordering a supplement is to see what their guarantee and return policy is. I have to tell you, I had a tough time finding their guarantee page on their site! I had to click on the 'Contact Us' link and then find a link that said 'Returns' at the bottom of the page hidden amongst a bunch of other links. Way to make it difficult, guys. I guess they don't want anyone returning their product - jeez!
Finally, there it was. This is their return policy, word for word:
"Simply stated, use any of our products as directed... if you do not see substantial results, just contact our toll-free Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-898-5153 (Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-6:00 PM MST and Saturday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM MST) to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number so that it is visible on the outside of your package and return the empty product container(s), along with your full name and address, to the address below within 30 days of receiving the product. A complete, hassle free refund (excluding shipping and handling, of course) will promptly be issued. We thank you again for your purchase and look forward to hearing about your success! A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns."
So the first red flag to me was that their 'return policy' was well-hidden on their site.
Now the 2nd red flag is that they only offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Well, even less than that since you'd have to make sure it's returned to them before 30 days. I think if a company believes in their product, they will have a much longer return policy, such as 60 days or more.
Anyway, from there I placed my order, and honestly, I was SHOCKED by how expensive it was!
Can you believe they charge $99.00 per package?? And they don't even offer quantity discounts! I wanted to order a 3 month supply since that's usually how long I will test a new product for, but I wasn't prepared to spend $297 plus shipping! And yeah, they still charge shipping on top of that price! So since my budget couldn't afford 3 packages, I only bought 2 instead. My total was $198 + $6.95 shipping. My order went through without a hitch online and I received my order 6 days later. That took a little longer than I had expected, but it was reasonable. I have to say though that my order wasn't packaged very well. The product boxes looked like they had been trampled on by the Post Office since their packing consisted only of a poly mailer with no padding. For spending $198 I expected better packaging, I guess.
I wasn't happy that the packaging was all beat to hell, but the pills were still sealed so I began taking them as directed that very same night. Within a few hours, I woke up with one of the worst headaches of my life. I'm the type of person who rarely gets a headache, so this was a big surprise. I thought that it could've had something to do with the product, but I had no way of knowing for sure. I decided I will see if it keeps happening consistently after I take it.
The next few nights unfortunately were the same as the first, so I knew then and there it was no coincidence. Serovital HGH was giving me some serious migraines and it was adversely effecting my sleeping. I couldn't sleep - I kept tossing and turning and I felt restless. It was not a pleasant feeling. After about a week of this, I decided to email the company and ask them if they had ever heard of this problem from other customers. I waited and waited but I never received a reply at all. After the 3rd day of no response, I sent them another email with the same question. I also put 2ND REQUEST in big letters so they will know I asked this once before. But again, I got no response. By this time, I was still taking the product, but I was following it with Tylenol PM to counteract the bad headaches. I can tell you that I wasn't feeling very well while taking the product. It left my mind feeling foggy and my body felt rundown. I wasn't impressed with this product at all.
After a week of trying to contact them with no reply, I decided to call them. I got ahold of someone who immediately asked me what I wanted to order today. I told them I didn't want to order anything but that I had been using their product and not only has it been counter-effective, it has been giving me terrible headaches. The person on the other end of the phone sounded very surprised and denied that my headaches could be caused by Serovital HGH. I got the feeling he was trying to blow me off but I persisted by asking why I hadn't felt any better since taking the product. He proceeded to tell me that it could take months (yes, months!) before the product begins working and that I should just keep taking it and be patient. I told him that the product was very expensive and that their guarantee is only good for 30 days, so I don't have months to keep using it. He said nothing. I then asked if he would extend the guarantee to allow me 60 days or more to try the product since he claimed it could take months for results, but he said no. He said their 30 day return policy is firm and cannot be changed. I told him then that I wanted to return the product because it was obvioulsy doing nothing for me. He said, 'well, you can return it to us if you want to, but I'd suggest you keep taking it for a few more weeks.' I asked why would I keep taking it if it's giving me horrible headaches and has produced zero results. He had no answer for this.
I could see this conversation was going no where so I asked once again to return the product and he said that if I wanted to return it just send it back. I said, 'what about a return authorization number? Your website says I need one.' He said that I didn't need one, just return it with a copy of my receipt. I said okay and hung up.
The next day I mailed back the Serovital HGH to the address on their web site and waited patiently for a refund. Unfortunately, I never saw a credit to my credit card, nor did I get any emails from the Serovital company. I had enclosed a copy of my online order confirmation along with a polite note asking them to credit my card. Luckily, I paid for tracking when I sent it back and I checked it a few days after I mailed it and it said it was delivered! So I emailed the company to inquire about my refund but I never got a reply. I emailed them every day (sometimes twice a day) for a full week and never got a response. I called them as well and each time they told me that it was an order line only and that I had to email them for info about returns. I gave up and just contacted my credit card company for fraud. I was able to show my credit card company that I had returned it and I eventually got the charge reversed, but it took a few weeks.
So that was my experience with Serovital HGH.
Not only was their product completely ineffective, but it actually made me feel worse. It gave me terrible headaches and it left me feeling rundown and lacking focus during the day. I tried it for over 2 weeks and during that time I should have seen some positive benefits from it, but I didn't. Instead, it was just the opposite.
And on top of that, their service is horrible. They obviously don't want you to write questions to them or return your order. It seems they do everything they can to prevent you from returning your product, from hiding their return policy on their site to avoiding giving you a return authorization number to ignoring your emails to failing to credit you for returned product.
In my opinion, they should spend a little less money on marketing their product and a little more attention to customer service and being ethical.
So would I recommend Serovital HGH?
Don't waste your time or money. It's grossly overpriced (especially for such a lousy product), the company is fraudulent and unethical, and their product is the worst I've ever tried - and that's saying something!
A lot of people who read this page eventually write to me and thank me for warning them about Serovital HGH. Others tell me they were suckered into buying it from bogus Serovital HGH reviews.
But inevitably, they all ask me the same question...
